All-PTFE Three-Electrode Electrolytic Cell

This all-PTFE electrolytic cell features high chemical resistance, airtight sealing capability, and full compatibility with standard three-electrode systems. It is available in both sealed and unsealed configurations and supports flexible electrode and gas port arrangements.

Laboratory System

Instructions for Use

Sealed Electrolytic Cell:

  1. The sealed cell consists of sealing ring, PTFE cap, and cell body.
  2. Insert the electrodes and gas tubes into the cap ports.
  3. Secure all ports with threaded PTFE nuts and tighten sealing rings.
  4. Attach the large sealing ring to the cell body and tighten the cap for airtight sealing.
  5. Assembly is complete — ready for three-electrode operation.

Unsealed Electrolytic Cell:

  1. Uses a fixed sealing base with PTFE cap and body.
  2. Insert the electrodes and secure the cap directly.
  3. Assembly is complete — ready for three-electrode use.

Application & Volume Range

Available in volumes from 10ml to 500ml. Each cell includes precision-machined ports suitable for electrode insertion and gas tubing. Ideal for research laboratories, electrochemical analysis, and custom cell configurations.
