Lead Time

Shipping Times

In-stock orders ship within one business day via courier by default.

  • China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore: 4–6 working days
  • EU / USA / Canada: 5–7 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–9 working days

Transit times exclude customs clearance, which varies by shipment. If items are out of stock or require manufacturing, we will notify you and can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost.

All international shipments are sent via FedEx (sometimes DHL/UPS). Customers may request use of their own FedEx account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong headquarters via tracked courier (usually FedEx; sometimes DHL/UPS). We can also work with your University or Institution’s specific requirements, freight forwarders, or other methods.

Customs restrictions vary by country. If unsure, please contact us for advice.

Do you have a preferred agency or reseller in my country?

Potentiolab generally ships directly and serves as the primary contact for sales and support. We do not maintain local agents, but we’re happy to work with an agent or distributor if direct purchase isn’t possible.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We don’t charge VAT or custom duties on our site.

What if I want to return or cancel my order?

Please contact us to confirm eligibility. Items must be returned as new—undamaged, uncontaminated, and in the original packaging.

  • Inspect all orders upon arrival.
  • Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I return custom-made products?

No. Custom-made products are built to your specifications and cannot be resold. All sales are final on any custom-made Potentiolab electrochemical products.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer bulk discounts for orders of 10+ electrochemical products. For other items, please email sales@potentiolab.com.

What happens if the item is broken?

If a product fails due to a manufacturer’s error, we’ll replace it free of charge. Damage caused by mishandling (drops, scratches, contamination, etc.) isn’t eligible for free replacement.
