We hope you’re delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return any items, please notify us within 21 days of receiving your goods. Returned items must be in new, undamaged condition, free from contamination, and in their original packaging.

If an item breaks due to manufacturers error than we will replace the cuvette free of charge, with no costs passed on to our customers.
Any damage to an item that is not caused by a manufacturers error are not eligible for a free replacement. This would include items that are mishandled, dropped, scratched, etc.
