Premium Graphite Sheet Counter Electrode with PTFE Holder
Ordering Notice: Standard dimensions span from 10 × 10 × 3 mm up to 70 × 70 × 4 mm. To prevent current-limiting polarization constraints at the auxiliary loop, the counter electrode’s active surface area should significantly exceed that of your working electrode. Custom aspect ratios, specialized thicknesses, and bespoke mechanical clamps are readily available upon request.
Our Graphite Sheet Counter Electrode is optimized to provide a highly conductive, stable, and polarization-free current return path in standard three-electrode cells (CV, EIS, Bulk Electrolysis, and Chronoamperometry). Engineered from premium high-density, electrochemistry-grade isostatic graphite encapsulated within a leak-proof PTFE mechanical fixture, it suppresses particle shedding (carbon dusting) and avoids noble metal cross-contamination (such as platinum dissolution and subsequent redeposition), ensuring pristine baseline profiling across both aqueous and non-aqueous organic solvent systems.
