This H-type electrochemical cell is engineered for membrane-separated electrochemical experiments. Constructed from high-purity borosilicate glass with precision PTFE components, it enables stable three-electrode operation while allowing ion-selective separation between compartments.
The membrane window is available in 0.5 cm² and 1 cm² configurations, with customizable volume options ranging from 30 mL to 500 mL. Ideal for catalysis studies, gas evolution experiments, and analytical electrochemistry.

Assembly Instructions
- Ensure all components are clean and free of contamination before assembly.
- Insert electrodes and gas tubes into designated ports with sealing O-rings.
- Tighten PTFE threaded caps evenly to ensure uniform compression.
- Install the main body O-ring and confirm full circumferential sealing.
Cleaning Instructions
- Soak in dilute sulfuric acid or 1:1 ethanol/acetic acid solution if required.
- Rinse thoroughly with deionized water and dry with alcohol.
- For heavy contamination, perform electrochemical cleaning using ±0.8 V cycling.
- Polish lightly with ≥200 mesh MG powder for minor surface damage.
